Bsc logo.gif
The Black Student Union founded 1968 was created by a coalition of students to provide a unified and strengthened bond between minorities in order too overcome adversities. The ASUW Black Student Commission strives to create an environment for academic, social and cultural success as well as political awareness for minority students on campus. The Black Student Commission encourages and preserves the positive image of African Americans and all peoples of color. We host an atmosphere where students can communicate and participate in the campus community and the greater Seattle community around us. The Black Student Union welcomes and recognizes people from all backgrounds and cultures and invites everyone to participate with us.
